Refund policy

We are committed to quality and satisfaction.

- Personalized/engraved items are non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrectly engraved.

- Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

- These rules apply to orders shipped within Canada and the USA.

To initiate a return, email info@engravables.ca with your order number and photos if applicable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon approval and are issued to the original payment method.
