Have Questions About Custom Engraving?
We offer engraving on rings, bracelets, necklaces, keychains, pens, flasks, watches, and other select gift items. If you have a specific item in mind, feel free to contact us to confirm if it’s eligible for engraving.
Standard engraving orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For custom designs or larger orders, it may take a little longer. We’ll provide updates on your order status so you know when to expect delivery.
Yes! We provide an engraving preview tool so you can see exactly how your custom text or design will appear on the product before you place your order. This helps ensure your engraving is perfect.
Yes, we do! We offer bulk and corporate engraving services with special pricing and customization options. Please contact us with your requirements, and we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.
Yes! We offer engraving on items you bring in, not just products purchased from us. Pricing starts at a $15 flat setup fee for the first 1-10 letters, plus $0.50 per additional letter (pricing may vary by material or item). Visit our Mississauga store to get started.
We currently ship to addresses across Canada. If you're ordering from the U.S., please note U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees payable at delivery, see our shipping policy for full details.
Personalized and engraved items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrectly engraved. Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email info@engravables.ca with your order number to start a return.
Yes! We offer fast, reliable key cutting in-store, with house keys starting at $3.99. We also cut office, desk, mailbox, and padlock keys, plus most car keys, call us for programming and a quote.
Most in-store engraving is completed on the spot while you wait. For online orders, standard engraving is processed within 1-3 business days, custom designs may take a little longer. Contact us if you need something rushed and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Yes, we replace watch batteries from $9.99 and metal or leather bands from $14.99, both with free installation, right in our Mississauga store.
Pricing depends on the item and amount of text. For items you bring in, the first 1-10 letters are a flat $15 setup fee, with $0.50 per additional letter, glass and ring engraving have their own pricing. For products purchased from us, personalization is often included, check each product page for details.
